Eurofins Built Environment Testing provides Industrial Hygiene and Indoor Air Quality services to protect health in built environments. We are seeking a Client Relations Executive located in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR.

• Deep understanding of the internal operational capabilities and service matrices of the various lab locations.
• Participate in the overall sales process, creating accounts through direct discussions with clients and in coordination with the Sales Team.
• Manage and provide timely responses to client inquiries, ensuring resolution of issues or complaints related to project management and status of work in progress.
• Maintain clients’ accounts with up-to-date preference information.
• Work closely with Laboratory Support to ensure proper receipt and logging of samples.
• Answer common technical questions, facilitate problem resolution, and coordinate technical details with laboratory staff.
• Develop strong business relationships and familiarity with clients to enhance client service and sales.
• Ensure clients receive proper sampling supplies by coordinating requests for products.
• Generate weekly metrics and provide feedback/input on client concerns and satisfaction to upper management to help monitor client retention.

• BS degree in Biology or related science (required).
• 2‑5 years minimum Customer Service experience.
• Experience working in the Indoor Air Quality field (preferred).
• Familiarity with a laboratory setting (preferred).
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Travel within California and to Arizona required during training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate (Office suite, Adobe PDF).
• Strong prioritization and on‑time execution of tasks.
• Problem‑solving and solution orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to sell solutions based on active listening.
• Team player who can self‑motivate.
• Performs well under pressure; thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Annual salary: $70,304 – $75,000 (based on experience and qualifications). Full‑time, onsite in‑office, Monday‑Friday 8:00am–5:00pm. Commute within Seattle, WA or Portland, OR.
