Sales Reps; Independent Contractors

JOB CODE [SG242] – Inside Sales Position

Minimum 2+ years experience in business‑to‑business sales. Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in media, print publishing, radio, mass media advertising or Internet sales is a plus.

Position requires a proven successful track record of solid sales accomplishments and the ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Candidate should be highly self‑motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to excel with a minimum of supervision.

Strong telephone sales skills and cold calling are absolute requirements for this position. Expertise should include a solid track record in business‑to‑business cold calling, prospecting, outbound telesales, and closing. The ability to prospect, penetrate and close new business is essential as we are a startup Internet company.

Responsibilities will include all stages of the sales cycle, from cold calls to closing deals, developing and implementing account penetration strategies to realize corporate objectives. Duties will include generating revenue by selling web advertising solutions, online marketing services, e‑commerce web stores, website design services and e‑business solutions via our web properties including  and Mall Internet, online advertising and/or direct marketing sales and media sales preferred.

Compensation:
Base Salary plus commissions and performance incentives.

Experience in selling Internet services to businesses is a big plus. This position is for self‑starters who do not want a ceiling on their income. Unlimited income potential, no cap.

The ability to prospect, penetrate and close new business is essential as we are a startup Internet company. Duties will include generating revenue by selling web advertising solutions, online marketing services, e‑commerce web stores, website design services and e‑business solutions via our web properties including  and Mall Internet and other online properties. Online advertising and/or direct marketing sales and media sales preferred.

Compensation:
Excellent high commissions, bonuses and performance incentives.

Minimum 4 years accounting/bookkeeping experience required. Experience with A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger, invoicing, spreadsheet creation, and reconciliation through financials. Must be a detailed, organized individual with strong multitasking and computer skills. Quick Books Pro preferred;
Access and Excel experience required.

Part‑time position with flexible hours.

Compensation:
Base salary commensurate with experience.

Web programmer with strong web development experience. BS degree preferred but not required. Work‑related experience and skills can substitute for the degree. Candidate should have the ability to juggle multiple projects, attention to detail, and work independently with minimum supervision.

• Responsive Design, HTML5, DHTML, AJAX, CGI, Perl, C++, PHP, JavaScript /jQuery, CSS5, Dev Ops, Woo Commerce/Word Press

Pluses:

• Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Adobe Illustrator, MySQL databases, Unix/Linux server administration
