We specialize in sourcing and reselling the most coveted closets around the world, connecting consignors and clients with exceptional finds through our signature live shopping events, curated in-store experience, and digital channels.

As a Weekend Live Show Host, you'll host our Instagram Live Shows featuring luxury handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, and more. Each show runs 3–5 hours, and you'll be on camera the entire time alongside another live show host, presenting product, styling looks, and engaging viewers in real time to drive sales. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes fashion, thrives in front of a camera, and can keep energy and engagement high for a full show.

• Host Instagram Live Shows (3-5 hours each) featuring luxury handbags, RTW, jewelry, and accessories
• Present, describe, and sell products with accurate details, fit notes, and styling tips throughout the entire show
• Maintain high energy, confidence, and professionalism on camera for the full duration of each show
• Build rapport with live viewers in real time to drive engagement, comments, and conversion
• Partner with Fulfillment and Live Show teams to ensure smooth show flow and accurate order tracking
• Prepare looks and key selling points ahead of each show alongside the Live Show team
• Stay current on fashion, luxury brands, and social media trends to bring fresh ideas to each show

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of experience in live selling, on-camera hosting, personal styling, or content creation.
• Strong verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Passion for luxury fashion and familiarity with designer brands and trends
• Comfort using Instagram and familiarity with content creation apps a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, for engaging customers and collaborating with colleagues
• Comfort being on camera and professionalism in a studio environment where models change during Live Shows
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Ability to work effectively in an open workspace and contribute positively to company culture
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and reaching

The Refind offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience and industry standards for the Seattle market. The pay range for this role is $25 to $30 an hour and employees are eligible for a quarterly bonus. We are committed to fostering a fun, supportive, and engaging work environment.
