Business Development / Client Relationship Executive

Chase Winters Worldwide is currently conducting a highly visible retained search engagement for a Business Development Executive on behalf of a fast‑growing global IT services company ranked among the top 20 in the world. Our client provides end‑to‑end IT solutions and services to many industries.

Candidate will actively manage business development initiatives and facilitate client relationships, nurturing a portfolio of both existing key clients and target companies, and tasked with growing existing relationships by advancing the breadth and depth of the relationship.

• Pipeline generation and qualification; identifying markets, organizations, lines of business, stakeholders to target; developing interest and RFPs.
• Perform quantitative analyses and develop proposals / Statements of Work.
• Work closely with a Senior Sales Director to develop expertise in contract negotiations, Master Service Agreements and deal closure.
• Act as a strategic partner with existing clients to analyze and provide ground intelligence on their needs and viable service solutions (AI, Blockchain, Big Data & Analytics, Cloud, Digital, Engineering, Mobility, RPA, Transformation, etc).

• Master’s degree – 2+ years of experience selling services, not products.
• Bachelor’s degree – 4+ years of experience selling services, not products.
• Experience coming from an Information Technology & Management Consulting firm.
