Admissions Advisor

Overview

Join us at Orbis Education as an Admissions Advisor and help Nursing students succeed. This is an in‑office position located in Lynnwood, WA. You will work 100% onsite for the first six months, then transition to one telework day per week, with additional remote options as you gain tenure.

We are looking for a self‑motivated individual who excels in customer service, consultative sales, or account management, and who is passionate about the power of education. You’ll bring exceptional communication and conversational skills to support students and collaborate with a goal‑oriented team.

• Hands‑on administration of the student admission process, managing phone calls, emails, meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
• Work autonomously while maintaining organizational efficiency and adaptability.
• Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students via in‑person, phone, or email, promoting the University mission and enrollment growth.

• Bachelor’s degree required (or discuss alternative qualifications).
• Outstanding time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize competing priorities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in speaking to students, team members, and partner universities.
• Self‑motivated to learn, implement new strategies, and continuously improve performance.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to coach a diverse range of prospective students.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
