Category Manager Intern ( Shop - Operations - Summer; MBA

TEKsystems is currently seeking candidates for our SDR internship program. During this internship, students will learn all aspects of staffing operations, account management, business qualification, customer service, and other business skills, while applying these skills directly on the job. Students can expand their abilities, explore new areas of interest, and build relationships with the TEKsystems team.

10‑week paid program, June‑August 2026

Mentors to guide students and provide resources to complete day‑to‑day assignments and group projects.

Assist the office with a sales territory review, business development and exposure to clients.

Shadow and interact with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to understand a career in sales and the industry.

Complete a final presentation project.

Successful interns may be considered for full‑time employment as an SDR/Account Manager the following year.

Enrolled in a Sales undergraduate program as a rising senior (December 2026 – May 2027 graduates).

• Strong desire for a career in outside sales (sales majors or minors preferred)
• Ability to multi‑task and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional demeanor and presence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work with limited supervision and good follow‑through skills

10-week paid program, no overtime (approx June – August 2026)

$20.25 hourly rate with no overtime.

SDR Interns must be rising seniors (December 2026/Summer 2027 graduates).
