Community Sales Manager

Overview

Brookdale Derby Assisted Living, recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity, seeks a Sales Manager to lead and grow community occupancy.

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
• Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed revenue and occupancy goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation.

Three‑week onboarding and orientation program, one‑on‑one coaching with District Director, monthly continuing education, and customized marketing tools.

Competitive base pay (bi‑weekly) plus 7% commission per sale, monthly occupancy bonuses, and annual performance awards. Salary range: $22.77 - $28.47 per hour.
