Are you an innovative, energetic team player? Are you passionate about rapidly growing e‑commerce sales? We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join our highly motivated and talented e‑commerce team.
UMA is a leading importer, wholesaler and e‑commerce partner for furniture and home decor. The company works with factories across the globe from China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Mexico, Turkey, Spain, and South Africa. UMA has created distinct brands on over 30 top omni‑channel e‑commerce sites including Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Nordstrom Rack, Kirkland’s, Living Spaces and more.
Job Description and Responsibilities- Manage the dropship business with partners such as Kohl’s, Living Spaces, Ashley, and others.
- Understand and proficiently use all UMA and partner systems to ensure efficient operation of e‑commerce platforms.
- Efficiently execute delegated tasks with strong time‑management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Oversee the daily management of orders and inventory flow processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate the timely addition of new products across all assigned e‑commerce platforms.
- Respond to customer reviews and inquiries across all assigned e‑commerce platforms to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Regularly update and maintain e‑commerce content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with the content team to proactively enhance UMA’s e‑commerce content.
- Utilize tools to analyze sales data and identify key performance indicators.
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and strategies to improve sales performance.
- Ensure that reports are accurate, comprehensive, and presented in a clear and understandable format.
- Collaborate with other team members to gather necessary data and information for reports.
- Present accurate findings and recommendations in regular meetings with management.
- Attend and actively participate in daily audio/video calls and meetings as per managerial requirements.
- Assist in the training of e‑commerce assistants and perform other periodic support tasks as delegated by management.
- Report to the Director of E‑commerce and collaborate with E‑commerce Managers and Assistants.
- This position will work out of our Compton, Ca office.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in e‑commerce operations or related field.
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e‑commerce software.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Pay$67,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
Schedule8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday
