Business Development Representative

Job Summary

Fairway Chevrolet is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDC) to drive appointments and support sales. The role is full‑time (40 hours per week). Desired candidates have a professional, upbeat personality and strong phone sales skills.

• Drive traffic to the store by setting appointments through internet leads, inbound phone calls, and previous customers.
• Utilize the CRM daily to log incoming traffic and performance.
• Generate appointments and quotes via proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicles.
• Help with delivery of vehicles after sales and customer onboarding.
• Make at least 100 phone calls, 100 emails, and 100 texts daily.
• Answer customer calls throughout the day.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in BDC sales or similar.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Superior organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (knowledge of various CRM platforms is a plus).
• Self‑motivated, go‑getter attitude, thrives under pressure.

• Base salary: $50,000 – $80,000 per year plus commission.
