The Inside Sales job is to provide customer commodity product support and process commodity and warehouse product sales. This is an exempt position not eligible for overtime with a commission on sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

• Answer in-bound customer phone calls.
• Provide support for the Account Management staff when needed by answering customer requests.

• Process orders received by phone, email and walk-ins.
• Check ship status, track orders and forward information to customers when requested.
• Assist customers in warranty issues and freight claims.
• Coordinate project deliveries.
• Assist with order picking as needed.

• Input orders into Fishbowl.
• Review and cleanup Fishbowl open orders weekly.
• Process credits for customer returns.
• Prepare UPS shipments.

• High School education required. Additional education a plus.
• Sales experience.
• Strong communication skills for phones, email and in-person.
• Experience working in a high-volume business.
• Operate computer using Microsoft office software including Word & Excel.
• Customer service experience.
• HVAC Knowledge a plus.
• HVAC warehouse experience a plus.
• Fishbowl a plus.
• Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Internet and Order Processing. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Under 1/3 of the time, this employee will be standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling. Lifting more than 40 lbs.
• 1/3-2/3 of the time, this employee will be walking, reaching with hands and arms.
• Over 2/3 of the time, this employee will be sitting, using hands to finger, handle or feel, talking, hearing.
