National Account Manager

Overview

• Own and grow a defined account list across large and small format off‑premise retail
• Drive new placements and program sell‑in across Grocery, Mass, Convenience, and Drug
• Build and leverage strong buyer and distributor relationships to move the needle
• Be the go‑to channel expert within your Sales Division
• Increase availability, visibility, and velocity of Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori
• Partner with Trade Marketing and Brand teams to bring programs to life in market
• Travel field‑based role; some travel within the regional market area required, along with limited travel for company meetings

• A track record of winning—new placements, strong sell‑in, real results
• Deep experience in National or Regional Account Management in beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol
• Established buyer and distributor relationships in the California market
• Fluency in off‑premise retail — Grocery, Mass, Convenience, and Drug
• High personal accountability and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, market‑facing environment — not despite it
