About The Role
N C Power Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support the success of our Washington Sales Team. This role serves as a key liaison between multiple departments, ensuring equipment orders, inventory records, and customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Process equipment and attachment orders from initial sale through completion.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Sales, Service, Parts, and Credit teams.
- Manage and submit post-sale claims related to Caterpillar equipment transactions.
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.
- Support attachment ordering activities and assist with inventory control processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism with both internal and external customers.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency within the sales support function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Associate degree (AA) preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in a sales support, customer service, administrative, or related role within a sales organization may be substituted for formal education.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering positive experiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build productive working relationships.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and manage detailed administrative processes.
We offer a competitive benefits package that includes hourly rate from $31.35 to $38.25 per hour
