Selling Specialist

Summary

The Selling Specialist supports sales and education leadership by driving sales, executing merchandising, and delivering in-store events across assigned Sephora and Ulta stores in the Seattle and Portland territories. This role builds strong relationships with store teams, maintains Fresh visual standards, manages a regular store call cycle, and reports sales and merchandising issues to the Sales and Education Executive.

• Achieve daily sales goals (SPH and ROI) across assigned stores.
• Assist with execution of in-store events to support Sephora, Ulta, and Fresh initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with Sephora/Ulta brand ambassadors, store leadership, and district managers.
• Provide client service and support while in store and ensure Fresh merchandising is visually impeccable.
• Maintain regular store call cycle, manage schedule and travel, and communicate sales, OOS, and merchandising challenges to the executive.
• Submit hours weekly after shifts and communicate daily sales results.

• Beauty industry experience required.
• Weekend availability required (Thursday-Sunday); schedule must be flexible.
• Experience in Sephora or Ulta environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have own transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
