Location: Pure Barre Mill Creek
Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Hours: 10-20 hours per week; minimum 2 Sales Associate shifts per week, based on the studio’s need and availability
Schedule: Rotating schedule; weekend morning availability required
Reports To: VP of Sales & Marketing + Operations Manager
COMPENSATION & PERKS- Pay: $17.50/hour

- Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals
- Conduct facility tours, establish relationships, and understand individual goals and needs
- Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales production
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- Participate in special events to promote the studio
- Develop selling skills and take responsibility for personal growth
- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Follow up and follow through with prospective clients and members
- Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
- Input inventory for retail clothing and other items
- Take pictures for social media platforms
- Other duties as assigned by Katie or management team
- Proficient sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Team player capable of collaborative work with colleagues, management, and team members
- Authorization to work in the United States required
