About the Position:
Hobson Associates’ client is growing rapidly, and we’re hiring a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive medical device sales (capital equipment and disposables) across the Pacific Northwest.
This is a true hunter role where you’ll win new business, displace competitors, and build long-term partnerships with hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and physician practices.
You’ll have the autonomy to own your territory, the support of a strong clinical team, and the opportunity to directly improve patient outcomes.
This role offers $120K guaranteed income plus uncapped upside, combining financial stability with high earning potential.
Compensation:
- Guaranteed Commission: $35,000 (renewed annually)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000-$200,000
- Uncapped Commission
- Top Performers: $180,000 – $250,000+

- Drive revenue growth across capital equipment and disposable product lines
- Prospect aggressively and convert competitor accounts
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, administrators, and executives
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan
- Deliver ROI-driven clinical and economic value presentations
- Provide hands-on product support in procedural settings
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM
- 2+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience
- 3–5+ years of total B2B sales experience
- Proven success in new business development (hunter mentality)
- Track record of growing territory revenue and winning competitive deals
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong communication with both clinical and administrative audiences
- Highly organized with disciplined CRM usage
- Urology experience strongly preferred
- Must live within 50 miles of a major airport in or near:
- Willingness to travel extensively (~80%), including overnight stays
- Frequent travel throughout Washington and Montana
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule to support surgical/procedural cases
