Mobilia Search – Executive Search and Sourcing is a specialized search firm serving the biopharma and medtech industries. We are conducting this search for our Medical Device client.
Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role is based in Seattle, WA. This role is crucial for identifying and qualifying key clinical targets, creating sales opportunities, and paving the way for our technology to enter top.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe SDR operates at the very top of the sales funnel, focusing exclusively on prospecting, qualification, and appointment setting.
- Target Prospecting:
Research and identify key decision-makers and clinical champions in target hospital accounts (e.g., Chief Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, OR Directors) using tools like Linked In Sales Navigator and hospital directories. - Lead
Qualification:
Conduct in-depth discovery and qualification calls to assess a prospect's current monitoring practices, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). - Appointment Setting:
Successfully schedule and confirm qualified meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls for the Field Sales teams. - CRM Management:
Maintain impeccable records of all outreach and qualification activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate pipeline metrics and lead handoff. - Sales Strategy:
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging, optimize campaign performance, and identify new account penetration strategies. Experience with Salesforce or other Sales software a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally in healthcare, medical device, or B2B industries.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection, maintain a positive attitude, and consistently meet daily activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked).
