Position Summary

Develop and establish a strong restaurant customer base to sell products to on a recurring, regular basis. Continue to seek out new customer partnerships to increase sales within the King, Pierce, Whatcom, Skagit, Kitsap, Thurston, and Snohomish County areas. This role requires frequent communication with Korean and Vietnamese‑speaking customers, vendors, and business partners. Fluency in Korean or Vietnamese is required to effectively communicate, build relationships, and support customer needs.

Position’s

Key Responsibilities
  • Call customers on a regular basis to establish a good working relationship, enhance sales and satisfy customers’ need to gain future sales.
  • Maximize market share by maintaining current customer base and gaining new customers by providing excellent sales service.
  • Gather information from clients to comprehend market demand and market conditions and to use this advantage for potential sales.
  • Check accounts receivable statements bi‑monthly to monitor any customers’ past due invoices.
  • Discuss with the sales staff the necessity to visit past due accounts or work out a schedule of payments with customers to prevent further indebtedness and allow them to continue to order.
