Position Overview
The Market Manager will reside in a designated distributor home market and serve as the primary link between Tilray Beer, distributor partners, and retail customers.
Key Focus Areas- Supporting 1–3 distributor partners and their branch networks
- Driving execution of Must Win Initiatives with distributor and retail partners
- Leading incentive (IR POD) activation to deliver budget targets
- Ensuring chain execution (ads, features, distribution gaps, and communication)
- Driving brand discovery through events, sampling, and promotional activations
- Develop understanding of the assigned market, distributor network, and channel dynamics
- Build relationships with distributor sales managers, reps, and key retail accounts
- Work in-market weekly to support execution with distributor teams and retail partners
- Lead or participate in distributor meetings; present business updates
- Develop and execute programs, incentives, and performance targets
- Track and report weekly/monthly performance metrics
- Manage allocated budgets effectively
- Analyze syndicated and internal data; identify opportunities and build action plans
- Deliver business reviews with key distributor partners
- Support VIP/Karma and other internal systems to drive insights and execution
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in beverage alcohol, preferably within the beer category
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Strong working knowledge of VIP/Karma systems
