Associate Territory Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Territory Representative to join a growing dental technology organization in the Seattle market. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to build a career in dental/medical device sales and gain experience working with innovative capital equipment.

The Associate Territory Representative will focus on generating new sales opportunities through targeted prospecting, lead generation, field activity and local selling events. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Director and territory sales team to identify and develop prospective dental practices.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, social media and in-person prospecting
• Target dental practices and identify potential customers for advanced laser technology
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and develop new prospects
• Coordinate and help fill local selling events and product demonstrations
• Participate in field sales projects, trade shows and local industry events
• Maintain consistent prospecting activity and execute established sales KPIs
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Director and broader territory team
• Develop an understanding of dental practices, clinical workflows and the capital equipment sales process

Qualifications:

• B2B sales experience or light
  
  Medical, Dental or Healthcare Sales Experience.
• Strong prospecting and new-business development skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with prospective customers
• Self-motivated, competitive and comfortable working toward activity and performance goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Comfortable with local field travel, customer visits and industry events
• Must be based in the Seattle metropolitan area

Compensation:

• $65,000 base salary
• $30,000 target variable compensation
• $5,000 additional bonus, $100K OTE
• Full business expenses
• Mileage reimbursement
