We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry‑Level Management Associates. This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in sales, customer relations, team leadership, and business development while working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

• Learn and maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, and promotions
• Work closely with team leaders to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills
• Build positive relationships with customers through face‑to‑face interactions
• Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Participate in daily training sessions, team meetings, and professional development workshops
• Support the creation and execution of sales and marketing initiatives
• Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and team performance
• Assist in mentoring and supporting newer team members as leadership skills develop
• Take ownership of projects and responsibilities designed to strengthen management abilities

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, leadership, or team‑based environments is a plus
