Telesales Executive

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with company-provided leads, explain our loan products, and convert prospects into qualified business loan applications.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in our loan products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly and effectively.
• Qualify leads based on predefined business requirements.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

• 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
• Prior experience in loans, BFSI, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of unsecured loans and financial products.
• Strong customer handling and objection management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
