Service Advisor

Role:

Service Advisor/Sales responsible for promoting and selling all products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following company standards.

• Greet customers professionally both in person and by phone.
• Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and accurately identify service needs.
• Recommend services, clearly communicate additional suggestions, and document all recommendations.
• Promote sales by demonstrating product knowledge and understanding service requirements.
• Provide accurate quotes, update customers on service progress, and review completed work and warranties.
• Follow procedures for cashing out, and conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns, core parts, and warranty items for customers, performing other assigned duties as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days a week, including weekends.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.

• Up to $90,000 annually (hourly + bonus).
