The Emerald Group is a small Seattle real estate team, built to be the best, not the biggest. The market is moving fast and the team is generating more inbound leads than its current agents can work, so two spots are open before the end of December. This role is for a licensed agent who wants leads to work, training that's already built, and a team that shows up for each other.

Brennen Clouse is the Principal Broker of The Emerald Group in Seattle. He left a marketing role at Microsoft 10 years ago to start in real estate, and has sold more than 440 homes and over $314 million in volume since. He personally onboards every agent who joins, because he believes great agents are built through coaching, accountability and a team that wants to see each other win, and he keeps the team small on purpose so he can stay invested in each agent's growth.

• Work the leads the team provides from its Facebook campaigns and Zillow. Depending on your follow-up, agents here see 5 to more than 25 leads a month
• Meet the minimum follow-up attempts on every lead
• Run your buyers and sellers from first call to close
• Work alongside the team's transaction coordinator, who handles your files
• Do your own outreach and open houses alongside the leads provided

• A Washington real estate licence, or one in progress
• To be based in the greater Seattle area
• Self-motivation and drive
• Coachability: you want feedback and you use it
• Tech savvy
• The ability to collaborate without ego
• Sales experience preferred, not required

This is a commission-only role. You're paid on what you produce, and the more transactions you close in a year, the larger the share of commission you take home. Brennen sets your income goal for the year with you, then builds the systems and marketing plan to get you there. He'll walk through the full model on your call, with no surprises.
