Southeast Regional Sales Manager, Beverage
Target Earnings: $120,000 - $140,000+ (base salary plus performance bonus)
Location: Southeast U.S. (Florida preferred; major metro areas in GA, NC, or SC also considered). Must be located near a major airport.
About the Company
A fast-growing beverage company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth and distributor partnerships across the Southeast. The organization is recognized for innovation, strong brand development, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products and market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Territory Managers to achieve sales, distribution, and execution goals across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners, key retail accounts, and regional stakeholders.
- Drive market growth through strategic planning, business reviews, sales forecasting, and promotional execution.
- Monitor in-market performance, identify opportunities, and ensure strong brand visibility and retail execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of beverage, beer, CPG, or distributor-management sales experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing distributor relationships.
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with significant regional travel.
- Experience working with chain accounts and distributor networks preferred.
