Job Description:
Join a busy blood and marrow transplant (BMT) unit as a registered nurse providing adult inpatient care for oncology patients in Seattle, Washington. This role is based in a specialized 7NE unit environment where you’ll help meet the complex needs of BMT patients through direct, hands‑on work as part of the inpatient care team.
You’ll work 12‑hour day shifts on a rotating/variable schedule (3x12s), with weekends required every other rotation. The unit may also request flexibility to float to medical oncology (7NE and/or 8SA) depending on staffing needs and manager placement.
To succeed here, you’ll bring at least 2 years of oncology experience and prior experience working patient ratios in the 1:3 or 1:4 range (1:5 may be considered). Epic charting is used, and BCLS certification is required. The unit accepts first‑time travelers.
