- Support NOAA Fisheries and the Northwest Fisheries Science Center in scientific research, ecological monitoring, geospatial analysis, quantitative modeling, field investigations, and scientific data management that support fisheries conservation, ecosystem-based management, and informed natural resource decision-making.
