We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team player to join the Engineered Cell Therapy Discovery Team in Seattle. This individual will provide hands-on laboratory support across multiple projects within the group, executing established protocols and contributing to data generation and documentation. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical execution, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and communicates effectively with colleagues and project stakeholders.
PositionResponsibilities
- Assist in executing in vitro screening assays to evaluate and rank CAR T cell candidates in support of lead selection for clinical development
- Perform cell culture, including primary human T cell expansion and CAR T cell generation
- Conduct functional assays including cytotoxicity, cytokine secretion, and proliferation/activation assessment
- Generate and help analyze experimental data using tools including Flow Jo, Graph Pad Prism, JMP, and Excel
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of experiments and prepare data summaries for team review
- Contribute to scientific discussions and communicate results clearly to team members and project stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively across a matrixed, cross-functional team environment
- Bachelor?s Degree with 2 years of academic and/or industry experience
- Or Master?s Degree with no required experience
- Hands-on cell culture experience
- Experience with functional T cell assays (cytotoxicity, cytokine measurement, proliferation)
- Experience with standard software for data analysis (e.g. Graph Pad Prism, JMP, and/or Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry
- Experience with multiplexed immunoassay platforms such as ELISA, MSD (Meso Scale Discovery), or equivalent
- Familiarity with CAR T cell or adoptive cell therapy workflows
- Experience with high throughput/automation capabilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent experiments.

This posting is for a contract assignment with ASK Staffing DBA ASK Consulting to provide services to Bristol Myer-Squibb.
The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is the following range ($52- $56.98/hr). While the final, individual compensation and any available benefits will be determined by your employer of record ASK Staffing, Inc (and not BMS), factors that will be included in making the final determination may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location where the job is performed.
The starting hourly compensation may be subject to change.
