As a Security Officer Armed Driver Response in Seattle, WA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location as an armed patrol officer in a driving post. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support a caring environment through teamwork, integrity, and a reliable, agile approach while assisting staff, patients, and visitors throughout the location.

Pay Rate: $26.90 / Hour
Job Schedule- Fri 09:00 PM - 07:00 AM
- Sat 09:00 PM - 07:00 AM
- Sun 09:00 PM - 07:00 AM
- Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including situations that may require armed presence in accordance with post orders and applicable laws.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and document incidents, observations, and security‑related concerns in a timely manner.
- Support emergency and medical‑related response efforts by communicating with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Possess 2 or more years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
- Meet hospital vaccine requirements.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton is preferred.
- Pepper spray certification is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
