Site Security Lead (SSL)

The Site Security Lead oversees end-to-end security operations for the assigned account, delivering high-quality client service and proactive problem resolution. The role strengthens partnerships through service improvement and business expansion, while optimizing staffing, scheduling, and team performance. The leader also leads training initiatives and ensures operational excellence across all security functions.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to ensure delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Capability of managing guard service functions and conflict resolution.
• Organized, self‑disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and effective communicator at all levels.
• Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference depending upon the nature of the position.

• Prior security management experience required.
• Advanced understanding of physical security operations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of security management/law enforcement experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the company.
• Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.

Salaried: $110,000 to $113,300 annually plus full-benefit package.
