Pay Rate: $22.16 / Hour
Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
What You'll Do:- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access procedures, badge verification protocols, and other security-related policies at an aerospace and defense location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, screen credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, controlled spaces, and sensitive operations.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Maintain accurate access logs, visitor records, and incident documentation in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around access control points, key operational areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns to site leadership.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
