, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $26.35 / Hour

Job Schedule: Thur 07:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify security‑related concerns and report conditions that need attention.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, helping to support site access procedures and visitor management requirements.
• Observe operations around equipment, materials, and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance‑related issues according to post instructions.

• Minimum of 1 year of security‑related experience.
• TSA‑issued TWIC.
• At least 21 years of age (or 18 for unarmed roles, 21 for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Consideration given to qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
