Security Officer Protective Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for policy compliance, assist with directions and general inquiries, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns through proper channels;
Support daily operations during busy shopping periods, special events, and/or closing procedures by maintaining a visible presence and following post orders for assigned areas
