Unifi Services - - Responsibilities:
Oversee access control and screening of identifications, vehicle decals, and visitors, couriers, and contractors before entry;
Conduct random security inspections including body scans, bag checks, and ETD screenings;
Patrol premises and respond to security inquiries, documenting concerns from tenants, employees, and the public;
Prepare clear and concise reports on security incidents and daily activities;
Respond to building emergency alarms and coordinate with security equipment and radios
