Job ScheduleMonday – Friday: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
What You’ll Do- Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or identification, manage visitor and contractor access, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity in accordance with post procedures.
- Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or public emergency services when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, gate areas, operational spaces, and the perimeter to help support security‑related awareness and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Possess a TSA‑issued TWIC.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
