Join a dynamic Research and Development team dedicated to inventing and developing transformative experiences. As a Drone Operator, you will play a vital role in collecting data for drone algorithms, ensuring the success of autonomous drone delivery systems.

• Collecting data utilizing drone algorithm.
• Conduct block 30 night collections.
• Perform MLD collections.
• Support an autonomous drone platform capable of real-time package delivery.

• 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Minimum of 200 flight hours.
• 2+ years of remote-control pilot experience with excellent coordination and execution.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours with breaks.
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Detailed knowledge of basic computer concepts and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading small teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the year.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Microsoft MCSA/MCSE desirable.
• Additional vendor administrator level certifications preferred, such as Apple ACMT/ACSP and Cisco CCNA.
• BS Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 3-6 years relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting Windows XP/7 and Server operating systems.
• Experience with Macintosh OS X (10.4 & upwards) desirable.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems (Red Hat preferable) at a user level.
• Solid knowledge of networks including Ethernet, TCP/IP, and Windows Server networking.

The work environment involves varying shifts Monday through Friday, with each shift lasting 8 hours. Hours can range from 7 am to 12 am. You will work in two-person teams, deploying into the field for drone operations at various sites around the US. Equipment preparation and paperwork occur on-site at the base, while fieldwork involves flying drones at specific locations. Company vehicles are provided for transportation during field operations.

This is a contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
