Security Officer Patrol Officer

Position: Security Officer Full Time Patrol Officer
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious persons, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Support loss prevention and closing procedures by observing high-traffic areas, assisting with directional information, and maintaining awareness of security-related conditions throughout the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed
