Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally;
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeter;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; assist with visitor, vendor, and contractor interactions;
Support daily property operations by observing for fire alarms, unlocked doors, lighting issues, and other conditions that may require follow-up
