Security Armed Flex Officer

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Armed Flex Officer to protect client sites across varied locations. In this role, you will patrol facilities, control access points, respond to incidents, and enforce site safety procedures while carrying a firearm in accordance with company and legal standards. You'll complete detailed reports, monitor surveillance systems, and provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

Flex Officers must be available for varied shifts and locations, adapt quickly to new post orders, and uphold Allied Universal's values of safety, vigilance, integrity, and teamwork at all times.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned client sites and monitor for safety and security risks
• Control access to facilities, verify identification, and manage visitor entry
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner
• Carry and handle a firearm in compliance with company policy and local laws
• Observe, report, and document incidents with accurate written reports
• Monitor CCTV and security systems where applicable
• Follow post orders and adapt quickly to new sites and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
• Collaborate with site supervisors and law enforcement when needed
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Allied Universal standards
