Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR in Seattle, WA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points and alarm activity, and respond to situations with professionalism. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, building alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the property perimeter.
- Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
- Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while helping to deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
