Armed Security

Allied Universal is hiring Part-Time Armed Security Officers to protect people, property, and assets for clients in the administrative and support services sector. In this role, you will patrol sites, control access, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a highly visible, professional presence. You will follow strict safety, weapons handling, and reporting procedures, supported by extensive training, clear post orders, and opportunities for advancement into leadership or specialized security roles nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed security and access control for client sites, ensuring safety of people and property
• Monitor entrances, patrol designated areas, and respond to alarms or security incidents
• Enforce site policies and procedures while maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence
• Conduct incident reporting, log entries, and detailed documentation of security activities
• Perform bag checks, screenings, and  as required by site protocols
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
• Follow all safety, weapons handling, and use-of-force policies and training guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training, drills, and certifications to maintain readiness
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and team members via radio and in person
• Support emergency response, evacuations, and special security assignments as directed
