• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform residential HVAC installations, including equipment change-outs and system upgrades
• Ensure installations meet code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners before, during, and after work
• Maintain accurate service and installation documentation using company-provided mobile tools
• Represent the company with professionalism, technical competence, and pride
• Contribute to building a high-standard service and installation culture as the company scales

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service and installation experience
• Licensing: EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
• Washington State Electrical Trainee Card or Journeyman 06A Electrical License
• Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred)
• Driving:
  Valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Hourly Pay + Commission: $41–$45 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
