• The Broadband Technician I is responsible for residential installation and disconnections for data, video, and phone on the customer premises with a strong focus on customer service, education, and quality of work.
• Ensure and record correct RF signal levels; communicate with leadership and dispatch as needed.
• Perform residential installs and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises according to organizational standards and specs.
• Provide a positive customer experience by ensuring/recording correct RF and signal levels within specifications before completion to reduce repeat calls and truck rolls.
• Maintain appropriate levels of communication with leadership and dispatch to sustain a productive route, safety, and time management.
• Provide customer education on new and existing products and services, including potential upsell opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
• Operate company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  0 (Entry Level)
• Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of ladder, hand or power tools
• Customer service

The base salary in Washington for this position is $22.00-$33.96 per hour plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commissions, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

Broadband Technician I- $22.00-$30.80

Broadband Technician II- $23.10-$32.34

Broadband Technician III- $24.26-$33.96
