Competitive pay structure: Base pay typically ranges from $45–$55 per hour, with uncapped commissions offering the potential to earn $100+ per hour.

• Washington Journeyman Electrician License
• Residential service experience required
• Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive
• MUST be a culture fit: hungry, humble, smart
• Physically able to lift heavy objects if needed
• Work while in stooped, kneeling, crouched, and crawling positions

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential system components to resolve electrical issues
• Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet code requirements
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with customers
• Actively participate in training opportunities for continuous professional growth and development
