Senior Facilities Engineer

Job Summary

This role is ideal for a versatile, highly skilled trades professional who enjoys hands‑on work and solving complex challenges. You’ll contribute to a wide range of facility, mechanical, and technical projects, applying your expertise across multiple disciplines to keep operations running smoothly and safely.

• Electricity and electronics
• Sheet metal work and welding
• Mechanics and machine shop work
• Hydraulics and plumbing
• Painting and ventilation work
• Carpentry, plastering, concrete, and masonry work
• Ceiling installation and floor installation

• Coursework/Training:
  Must have successfully completed at least two formal specialized, related training courses
• Upon hire:
  National Boiler Operator Grade I License - State County City Trade License Authority OR National Boiler Operator Grade II License - State County City Trade License Authority OR National Boiler Operator Grade III License - State County City Trade License Authority
• 4 years of experience in equipment inspection, testing, repair and maintenance of required systems and equipment

• Solid background in the use of common and sophisticated tools and systems
