HVAC Technician

We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on cell‑tower sites. This is a fast‑paced, rewarding role that suits individuals who are responsible, self‑directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and eager to learn and grow in the telecom industry. This is a regional position; candidates should reside in the Seattle, Washington area.

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call‑out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

• Must be available for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs on occasion.
• Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.
• Occasional overnights required – company pays all travel costs and provides per diem.
• Driving to remote work sites as needed.
• Will be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
• Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). pay: $30.00–$38.00 (DOE). Actual compensation is influenced by skill set, level of experience, and location. In addition to wages, employees may be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem, and other applicable compensation.
