Foreman – Landscape & Hardscape Construction

Veth Landscape Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Foreman to lead landscape and hardscape construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong field experience and the ability to manage crews, timelines, and project quality across residential and commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise crews on landscape and hardscape construction projects
- Execute and oversee installation of pavers, retaining walls, and irrigation systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Operate and manage equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction
- Proven experience with:
- Pavers
- Retaining walls
- Irrigation installation
- Experience operating:
- Excavators
- Skid steers
- Trucks and trailers
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with both commercial and residential projects
- Valid driver’s license required
- Starting at $32/hour (DOE)
- Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 40–45 hours per week
