Skilled Laborer

Job Type: Full-Time / Temporary / Project-Based

Job Description: We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborers to join our team for an upcoming project. This position is open to candidates of all skill levels, from general laborers to those with hands-on experience in carpentry and construction trades.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and willing to take direction while contributing to a productive job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties including site cleanup, material handling, and debris removal
• Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing, measuring, cutting, and basic installations
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support skilled trades as needed on various job site tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred
• Basic carpentry skills are a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction
