Salary Range: $30.74 To $31.12 Hourly

The Maintenance Technician provides general maintenance to the homes of qualified homeowners utilizing working knowledge of several related skill fields such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

$30.74 - $31.12 per hour.

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

• Independently perform semi‑skilled work in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Under the technical direction of a journey‑level trades worker or the director of the program, perform skilled work in electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Perform minor home repairs in the following categories: plumbing, electrical, carpentry and retrofit.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and other equipment as needed.
• Operate automotive equipment to transport materials and supplies. Maintain cleanliness of organization vehicles. Report all vehicle performance or safety issues to manager.
• Maintain accurate and complete records.
• Comply with established safety guidelines and procedures.

• High School Diploma OR Equivalent.
• Must be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes.
• Minimum of one (1) year related experience.
