PCI is seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman for its West Coast Marine operations based in Seattle, WA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

• On site coordination with customers and crew to safely and productively install joinery scopes.
• Actively recruit and train field team members.
• Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out.
• Use look‑ahead schedules, manpower forecasts and project specifications to provide optimum scheduling of material, manpower and crew mix.
• Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximum productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co‑workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
• Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation.
• Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently.
• Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

This position is safety‑sensitive.

• Must have a minimum of five years of shipbuilding and joinery work experience.
• A strong understanding of joinery systems on Commercial, MSC and US Navy vessels.
• Shipbuilding experience in New Construction and/or Repair/Modernization.
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role.
• Must be willing to travel and/or relocate for projects.
• Must have strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Proficient in reading shop drawings.
• Managed a crew size of 20+ craftsmen.
• Proficient in quality control.
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks.
• Local to Seattle, WA.
