Job DescriptionPCI is seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman for its West Coast Marine operations based in Seattle, WA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
- On site coordination with customers and crew to safely and productively install joinery scopes.
- Actively recruit and train field team members.
- Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out.
- Use look‑ahead schedules, manpower forecasts and project specifications to provide optimum scheduling of material, manpower and crew mix.
- Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximum productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co‑workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation.
- Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently.
- Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

This position is safety‑sensitive.
Basic Requirements- Must have a minimum of five years of shipbuilding and joinery work experience.
- A strong understanding of joinery systems on Commercial, MSC and US Navy vessels.
- Shipbuilding experience in New Construction and/or Repair/Modernization.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role.
- Must be willing to travel and/or relocate for projects.
- Must have strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Proficient in reading shop drawings.
- Managed a crew size of 20+ craftsmen.
- Proficient in quality control.
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks.
- Local to Seattle, WA.
