Job DescriptionRite‑Hite Service Technicians will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. They act as a technical resource for customers and our sales force, working independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and serve as a primary customer contact.
Required Experience & Qualifications- Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment.
- Ability to work independently in a field environment.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Driving a company vehicle, clean driving record, pre‑employment drug test, and DOT physical required.

PayThe hiring range for this position in USA‑WA‑Seattle is $29.20–$40.15 per hour based on a 40‑hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. Base pay will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
